The longer version

I'm a Python and AI engineer. I started in 2015 designing websites, moved into Laravel, then React, then Python, and since 2024 most of my time goes into LLMs, RAG and multi-agent systems. I've built a six-agent compliance platform, a RAG shopping assistant with computer vision, and a Graph RAG tool. I deploy my own stuff too.

Today I run XavierStack. It started as a way to get local businesses online, and it's become the company everything else sits under. It's DPIIT recognised now, which still feels slightly unreal to type.

LocalUncle came first. It's a home services marketplace for Tricity, and we got the first 50 verified providers in three months without running a single ad. Today there are 100+ across Tricity. I built the tech. My partner runs the business side, which is the only reason it works.

Then BookMeDrive, a self-drive rental marketplace. That one taught me more about law than I ever wanted to know. The model I first designed isn't something you can legally run in India, so I rebuilt it around how rentals actually work here. The first operators are on it now, and I'm still learning every week.

I'm the only developer across most of this. So I've learned to say no to new features and yes to boring things like database upgrades and payment flows that don't break.

Outside code, I shoot cinematic reels as Captured by Aman, mostly cafés, travel and spaces I like. I've also started working with wood under House of Mitti, small desk pieces for now. Making something physical is a good reset after a day of debugging.
